About Me

I practice yoga to find peace. When I am at peace with myself, then I am at peace with the world around me. My yoga practice brings me well-being on a physical level and self-reflection on a mental level. The tranquility of the mind and the vitality of the body sharpen my focus and shape my attitude towards life. The fruits of practice help me grow old with gratitude.

I practice because of the responsibility that I have towards my students to refine my own practice and my understanding towards problems that arise in class, that students present to me. The questions they pose. Practice is the cornerstone of my teaching, it provides guidance in my life, and it is what I love to do.
